With more than 30 years of experience in law enforcement, Sam Rabadi
understands the challenges faced by officers in small towns as well as in
large cities and agencies. He has served as a police officer with the Yonkers
Police Department, a special agent with the U.S. Secret Service working on
the President’s protective detail, and most recently retired as Special Agent in
Charge of the Philadelphia Field Division of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco,
Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
As Special Agent in Charge, Sam was responsible for all criminal and
regulatory investigations, intelligence collection programs, and the security
and safety of ATF personnel throughout the state of Pennsylvania. He was
also instrumental in managing all national firearms enforcement programs
and training initiatives of ATF’s National Integrated Ballistics Imaging Network
(NIBIN). At Vigilant, Sam works one-on-one with agencies to determine the
best solutions for their needs.
